 -  DELIVERY - 

Delivery to the Cape Town area and surrounds (Cape Peninsula).
 

We deliver to these areas on the following days:
Mondays: CBD/Central and surrounding areas (orders in by Thursday 1200)
Tuesdays: Southern Suburbs/Fish Hoek/Hout Bay (orders in by Friday 1200)
Wednesdays: West Coast/Blouberg/Melkbos area (orders in by Monday 1200)
Thursdays: Northern Suburbs (orders in by Tuesday 1200)

You will be contacted should any products cause a delay in delivery.
We charge R50 for delivery.  


Personal delivery.
Your order is delivered by the next best thing to the actual shop owners - our shop ambassadors.  They are not delivery people as your current associations may infer, they are hand picked entrepreneurial individuals who believe in the value of long standing relationships in business - with our shop owners and our customers - they just happen to deliver too! Don't be alarmed if they actually greet you by name, they strive to bring back the feeling of times before when service meant knowing a lot more than a delivery address.

Have your order delivered and share delivery costs. 
If there are 5 people in your Delivery Group then each member only pays R10 for delivery.  That is a saving of R40!  Per delivery!

Easy steps to follow to create your own Delivery Club:

1. Name your Delivery Club

Something like “Mary’s Group” or “Sunningdale Ladies” or "Rondebosch Runners' and so on. 


2. Nominate a delivery address and representative
We deliver your delivery club's goods together to the address of the nominated person. We mark each bag with your individual names, so you know what is yours. It will also say on your invoice how many bags you have.  And, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp of when your order will be dispatched as well as the moment the nominated person in your group has received the goods.

 

3. Select "Shared Delivery" 

When you order online, select the delivery options "SHARED DELIVERY" and enter your Delivery Club’s name.  When you place an order via email or WhatsApp remember to include the name of your Delivery Club. You can calculate your portion of the delivery fee, but don't worry, we'll keep a tab on that!

We currently service most of the Cape Town areas with plans to expand further soon. 

Is there extra charge for the number of stores I purchase from?

No extra charge.

How long does delivery take?

Orders places on Mondays before 12pm are delivered within 2-3 working days . Please contact us should you require info on additional delivery options.

How is my order delivered?

Orders are facilitated by our friendly and professional ambassadors.

How do I pay for my order?

Via EFT or SnapScan.

Do you accept cash?

Unfortunately not. This is for security and hygiene purposes.

What if there is a problem with my order?
